It’s fair to say that Liverpool didn’t deserve much from their 1-0 loss to Nottingham Forest.
That said, it’s a shame to see that, once again, an refereeing call may have denied Liverpool a scoring opportunity – more specifically, a penalty – for a foul on Alisson Becker when the keeper ventured into his opposite No. 1’s. . Box for a late corner.
The contact was not disputed by the on-field referee and VAR operators at Stockley Park and the game ended in favor of Steve Cooper’s men.
