Juventus to face Premier League leaders Arsenal in December friendly

Juventus have stepped up plans to ensure their players stay fit during this World Cup break and have now scheduled a friendly with Arsenal.

Max Allegri’s men were in top form before the break and the Italian league season does not resume until 2023.

Juve will want to make sure their men stay fit and focused before the restart and one way to do that is to play a few games.

A Football Italia report reveals that they will face Arsenal on December 17 in preparation for a return to action.

Arsenal are having a solid season and have a five point lead at the top of the EPL table.

They will present Juve with a tough test and the game will also help Arsenal prepare for the return of football to their league on December 26.

Juve FC says

We need these games to stay fit and in competition mode before the league resumes.

Arsenal are one of the fittest teams in Europe right now, so they will be tough opponents for us to face.

However, it is only a friendly game and our players should not get too physical and get hurt before the league matches start.
