It was a difficult day for everyone associated with Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp had to face the media after our loss to Brentford when he shared some of his thoughts on the home team’s set-piece tactics.
The 55-year-old said: “They extended the rules. They’re really pushing, really holding. The refs… that’s obviously what you can do.”

Obviously, this is an isolated comment from his post-match interview, but it will be the line that rival supporters pick out and pick at, hinting that our boss hasn’t admitted that the team didn’t perform well.
